    Processing procedure:

    1. Vacuum sintering, i.e. a series of physicochemical changes of Nd-Fe-B material at high temperature, has a very important influence on the density and microstructure of magnets.

    2. Neodymium-iron-boron magnet blank is obtained after sintering, and products of different sizes, sizes and shapes are obtained by further mechanical processing.     3. Surface treatment of Nd-Fe-B magnets of various shapes, such as electrophoresis, galvanizing, nickel, nickel-copper-nickel and phosphating, is carried out to ensure the appearance and corrosion resistance of the products.

    4. Testing all kinds of magnetic properties, corrosion resistance, high temperature performance and so on of the product, packaging after meeting the standards, in order to meet the various needs of customers.
