    Format: The mechanical and magnetic values vary depending on the material used. The magnet is BLACK epoxy coated.
    The materials used in injected magnets are mainly polyamides. (PA6 – PA11 – PA12).
    These types of injected magnets are more resistant to corrosion than the sintered materials, therefore, they can be used for most applications without special coatings.
    Maximum working temperature: Dependent on the material used.
    For PA12, maximum working temperatures of 100ºC are possible, and approximately 120ºC for PA6. Polyphenol is used for working temperatures up to 200ºC, because its results with high temperatures are very positive. Epoxy resins may be used at temperatures of up to 120ºC.
    Remarks: One of the main advantages of plastic magnets is the variety of moulding options offered by the injection process.
